I have over 14 years experience providing therapy to adolescents, young adults and adults as well as families and couples. My specialties include relationship issues, life transitions (moving, starting college, changing careers, divorce and marriage, stages of life transitions) various dependencies, depression and anxiety/stress management. In addition to employing a strength based, person centered approach I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy and Relational Therapy in my practice. In my experience clients find that they benefit a great deal from therapy and experience a relief from symptoms and issues for which they sought counseling.
